A key engineering challenge was the excavation of slopes along three sides of the site, requiring the design of a permanent earth retention system.\n\nTo meet these requirements, two complementary retaining systems were developed:\n\nSoil Nailing Wall: Utilizing passive soil nails as reinforcement elements to provide effective long-term slope stabilization.\nAnchored Retaining Wall: Incorporating post-tensioned ground anchors to provide additional structural support and ensure long-term stability.\n\nPangea played a key role in the project by delivering the detailed geotechnical engineering design.
