As part of one of the projects we are currently delivering in the Greater Concepci\u00f3n area, we are pleased to share the progress of this development, which we undertook on behalf of our client, whose offices are located outside the region. The primary objective of this initial stage was the construction of the site perimeter, adapting the work to the specific requirements of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first step involved installing an acoustic perimeter fence, designed to reduce noise impacts on the surrounding area during construction. At the same time, we installed a steel-profile perimeter fence to secure and protect the site while construction activities continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are currently carrying out the earthworks, forming a 3-metre-deep slope at a 45-degree angle around the site perimeter. This excavation is an essential preparatory stage, as it will provide the working platform for the construction of a Berlin-type retaining wall in the coming months. The retaining wall will enable the construction of a modern residential building with three underground levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
